Before the bell, Pat McAfee jumped Rhodes and got crushed through the announce table by Jelly Roll, briefly restoring order. Later, with the referee down, McAfee returned in a neck brace and referee shirt, only for Orton to RKO him too. Rhodes capitalized with Cross Rhodes to retain, but Orton ended the night by punting him and posing with the title.
