Colby Covington Targets White House Card, Calls For Paddy Pimblett Bout
Covington said he’s negotiating for UFC’s June 14 White House South Lawn card, slated for the U.S. 250th anniversary and limited to 6–7 fights. “It’s important for my legacy,” he said, pushing for #6-lightweight Pimblett as “an American vs. a Brit.” The ex-interim welterweight champ is on a two-fight skid and hasn’t fought since Joaquin Buckley stopped him last December.
