College Football Programs Are Spending Thousands on Balloons

Per reports, dozens of Division I programs have spent thousands on balloon arches, walls, and displays for games, recruiting, and events. Bill Belichick's UNC has topped the ACC at $48,733 this year, possibly due to the program overhauling their roster with over 70 new players through freshman signings and transfers. Texas A&M also reportedly spent $170,000 department-wide.
