College Sports Commission Opens Investigation Into LSU’s NIL Deals
The commission has opened an investigation into LSU over one or more potential unreported third-party NIL deals. This makes LSU the first publicly known major program under inquiry by the new enforcement body. The investigation is focused on whether an LSU athlete or athletes failed to report NIL deals in accordance with the new rules established by the House settlement.
