Commanders Hire Doug Williams’ Son D.J. Williams as QBs Coach
The Commanders are hiring D.J. Williams, son of franchise legend Doug Williams, as their QBs coach, insider Tom Pelissero tweeted. Williams most recently held the same position with the Falcons. Like his father, he played QB at Grambling State University from 2011 to 2014, where he was coached by Doug Williams. D.J. Williams will replace David Blough, who has been promoted to offensive coordinator.

Surveillance footage has been released of Bengals cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt’s car crash, in which his vehicle flipped over in the street after colliding with a parked car. The video also shows several individuals rushing in to offer help. “Cam is extremely lucky to be alive,” a fan commented. No injuries were reported, and no charges have been filed in connection with the incident.

Stephen Ross Rejects $15 Billion Offer to Sell Dolphins, Eyes Son-in-Law as Successor
In an interview with Bloomberg, Ross said he has been offered “close to $15 billion to sell the team.” However, he rejected the offer, saying his succession plan is to keep the franchise in the family and have his son-in-law, Daniel Sillman, run it. Notably, the offer was roughly twice the Dolphins’ current valuation and would have marked the most expensive team sale in sports history.
