Fresh footage from McGregor's Instagram stories shows McGregor sparring 6-foot-5 PFL welterweight Sheridan, mixing kicks and left hands in a California gym. Sheridan is 3-0 and an Irish kickboxing champ. The former two-division UFC champ hasn’t fought since July 2021, but he’s publicly angling for UFC’s June 14, 2026, White House South Lawn card, expected to feature only 6–7 bouts.
