CSU Bakersfield Coach Kevin Mays Charged After Anonymous Email Alleged Trafficking

Coach Rod Barnes forwarded an anonymous “FIX IT” email alleging Mays was trafficking a woman across four states. Campus police investigation led to 11 charges, including human trafficking, pimping, and weapons and drug counts. Police say a rental car tied to a university Enterprise account was used, and a phone search found more than 600 child sexual-abuse images.
