Damontas Sabonis Set to Miss the Start of the 2025–26 Season

Sabonis will miss the Kings' season opener with a grade 1 hamstring strain and will be re-evaluated in a week. He got hurt during a preseason game against the Clippers on October 15th. Sabonis is the second Kings starter to miss the beginning of the season after Keegan Murray was ruled out for the first few weeks following thumb surgery.
