Dana White Ordered to Testify in New UFC Antitrust Case

A federal judge ordered White to testify after a Dec. 18 status conference in the antitrust case led by Cirkunov. A spoliation hearing is set for Feb. 4–5, with discovery disputes addressed Jan. 6. The suit targets fighters bound by arbitration or class-action waivers, aiming to bypass delays in the still-pending post-2017 antitrust lawsuit.
