Lineal cruiserweight king Opetaia joined Zuffa Boxing, saying “I’m with Zuffa Boxing now…Let’s get these big fights lined up. Unification. Undisputed soon.” The 29-0 southpaw capped 2025 with a violent Dec. 6 KO of Huseyin Cinkara on Australia’s Gold Coast. Zuffa’s Paramount+ series begins Jan. 23 at the Apex, with his debut date still TBD for Zuffa.
