Dana White Says Conor McGregor 'In The Running' for White House Event, Dismisses Chandler

The UFC president said planning for the Donald Trump-backed event on June 14 begins Monday. ‘We don’t have anything laid out,’ he admitted. He praised Chandler as “awesome,” adding, “No disrespect to Chandler,” but insisted, “That’s not the fight we’re going with [for McGregor].” White revealed he texts McGregor often and said, "He's definitely in the running for this [event]."
