Fizdale believes the Warriors have to sit down with Green and have an honest discussion about his future. He thinks Draymond "really has to let go of what was and start to become something else." Green has to sacrifice his ego and embrace a smaller role, like Udonis Haslem did with the Heat, as the Warriors bring in better players.
