Fox is impressed by Harper's finishing ability, stating that he's rivaling guys like Irving as a rookie. "He’s probably one of the better finishing guards I’ve seen, just with my two eyes. He’s rivaling guys like Kyrie," Fox said. He added that in addition to handles, Harper can bring out some nasty dunks, saying the sky's the limit for him.
