Deion Sanders Says His Mom Connie and Jesus Are His Personal Trainers

“I didn’t need a personal trainer. Seeing my mom go to work every day did that. I had a trainer named Jesus,” Deion said. He added that he never needed anyone to wake him up or push him, questioning whether personal trainers could really show him what to do.
