Dennis Smith Jr. Signs 1-Year Deal With the Mavericks

Smith Jr. has finalized a deal with the Mavericks and will fight it out for a roster spot during training camp. He spent 2024-25 with Real Madrid in the EuroLeague. Smith Jr. is just 27 and could offer the Mavs scrappy defense and a scoring punch off the bench. His last NBA stint was with the Nets in 2023-24.
