Desmond Watson’s Agent Says He’s “Still Working” After Buccaneers Release
The Buccaneers cut defensive tackle Desmond Watson, citing conditioning issues. Tampa Bay has no plans to re-sign him to the practice squad, per the Tampa Bay Times. “He’s still working. Job’s not finished,” agent EJ Gonzalez told the AP. Watson, waived after failing to shed weight, now searches for another shot to prove he belongs.
