Diamondbacks Activate Max Kepler After 80-Game Suspension for Positive PED Test

Kepler was suspended in January for a positive test for epitrenbolone, the first player suspended by MLB for the substance since 2005. The 33-year-old, who signed a free-agent deal with Arizona on June 7, will be playing left field against the Cardinals on Thursday. Kepler hit .216 with 18 homers and 52 RBIs for the Phillies last season.
