Dirk Nowitzki Not Involved in Luka Doncic's Italian Team Purchase

Nowitzki's spokesman Scott Tomlin told The Athletic the Italian report linking the Mavericks legend to Luka's ownership group was incorrect. Marc Stein first noted the denial. Earlier reports from Dan Woike, Vardon, Amick, and Vorkunov indicated Nowitzki would join Doncic in purchasing an Italian team with NBA Europe ambitions. Amick later confirmed Nowitzki is not part of the group.
