Donald Trump Wants MLB to Implement A Salary Cap
Asked about the state of baseball, Trump seemed surprised that MLB does not currently have a salary cap. “If you don’t have a salary cap, you don’t have a sport. They had a chance to implement one a long time ago, but they blew it." The owners and the MLB Players Association are negotiating to work out a new agreement.
