Double Setback for Chandler Morris After Donald Trump’s Executive Order

On Thursday, a Virginia circuit court judge denied Morris’s request that would have allowed him a seventh season of college football. A day later, Trump signed an executive order stating that college football athletes can only play up to five seasons within a five-year window. This ends his college career, and he now needs to prioritize the 2026 NFL Draft.
