Draymond Green Pushes Back on NBA’s “Unwritten Rule”

“There’s this unwritten rule like, oh, you’re winning, you shouldn’t shoot the ball,” Green said. He said teams have “48 minutes” to stop opponents and shouldn’t complain late. “Those two, three points count,” Green added. He said he told teammates, “We’re not taking a turnover. Shoot the ball,” rejecting the idea outright at end of games situations.
