Drew Brees Rules Out Philip Rivers-Type NFL Comeback
Speaking on Bussin' With The Boys, the Saints legend said his right arm “does not work” for football anymore because of severe arthritis tied to his 2005 shoulder injury. Brees noted Philip Rivers' return but said a comeback “isn't possible” for him. He retired with 80,358 passing yards and 571 TDs. Last season, Philip Rivers made a comeback at the age of 44.
