Drew Brees Rules Out Philip Rivers-Type NFL Comeback

Speaking on Bussin' With The Boys, the 47-year-old said his right arm “does not work” for football anymore because of severe arthritis tied to his 2005 shoulder injury. Brees noted Philip Rivers' return but said a comeback “isn't possible” for him. He retired with 80,358 passing yards and 571 TDs. Last season, Philip Rivers made a comeback at the age of 44.
