“I’m buzzing for Matt,” McIntyre said, praising Cardona for going “true independent…the carny level” and “maximis[ing]” merch to grow his name after the 2020 release. But Drew drew a hard line: “The only thing I don’t like is he keeps talking about the world title…You ain’t getting it mate, it’s mine.” McIntyre defends at Royal Rumble vs. Saturday’s four-way winner.

Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga toppled Lumis and Gacy on Jan. 23 SmackDown to win the WWE Tag Team titles. Tala Tonga tried bringing the Wyatt Sicks’ lantern in, but Uncle Howdy stopped him with a Mandible Claw. Solo then nailed Howdy with a Samoan Spike, smashed Lumis with the lantern, and Tonga hit Cut Throat for the pin.
