Stoutland announced he’s leaving Philadelphia after 13 seasons. “I didn’t just work here, I became one of you. The past 13 years have been a great privilege” Stoutland wrote on Instagram. He joined the Eagles in 2013 under Chip Kelly. Philadelphia’s offensive staff is changing after Kevin Patullo’s exit, with Sean Mannion hired as offensive coordinator.
