Eagles Select Makai Lemon at No. 20 as A.J. Brown’s Successor, Strike Trade With Cowboys

The Cowboys and Eagles struck a divisional trade: Philadelphia moved to No. 20 (plus a seventh-rounder) to select USC wideout Makai Lemon as a potential A.J. Brown successor. Dallas received picks 23, 114, and 137, leaving them with eight total selections, including their new slot at No. 23. Earlier, the Panthers selected Georgia tackle Monroe Freeling at No.19.
