Eagles Waive Rookie QB Kyle McCord

The Eagles are releasing McCord, their sixth-round pick. A Mt. Laurel native and St. Joe’s Prep star, McCord set an ACC record with 4,779 passing yards at Syracuse last year. However, for the Eagles, he could barely compete for QB3 before injuring his thumb. Vikings' Sam Howell is set to replace him, who'll slot behind Jalen Hurts and Tanner McKee.
