Eagles’ Za’Darius Smith Retires After 11 NFL Seasons Due To Personal Reasons

Smith announced his retirement on Monday after 11 seasons in the NFL, playing for Ravens, Packers, Vikings and Eagles. “I’m feeling so many emotions I never expected... Who would’ve thought that a kid from Greenville... would play in the NFL," he wrote on Instagram. The 3-time Pro Bowler ends his career with 70.5 sacks, 223 solo tackles, and 10 forced fumbles.
