Jovic struggled this season, averaging 7.3ppg, blaming the Heat's new offense and playing out of position for his struggles. Spoelstra wants him to work on improving this offseason. "Niko's objective this offseason? To not have a victim mindset about it, to not blame anything, just get to work," Spoelstra said. He thinks Jovic will be fine after some hard work.
