ESPN Aiming For Record-Breaking Viewership With First-Ever Super Bowl Broadcast

ESPN says it wants Super Bowl LXI in 2027 to become the most-watched Super Bowl ever, targeting the current record of 127.71 million viewers set by Fox Corporation in 2025. The network plans to maximize reach with broadcasts across ABC, ESPN Deportes, alternate ManningCast coverage, and major promotional campaigns. Roger Goodell and top ESPN personalities highlighted the event during Disney’s upfront presentation in New York.
