Perkins believes the only thing standing between Mobley and a Wemby-level leap is his mindset. "In the next two to three years, we're going to be talking about Evan Mobley the same way we talk about Wemby taking that leap," he said. "He has that type of upside. Cavaliers HC Proud of Defensive Effort to Close Out Win vs. Bucks
Kenny Atkinson stated that the Cavaliers had better defense in the 4th quarter vs. Bucks, happy with their fight. "We got the right rotation out there, right players out there," Atkinson said. He was happy with the effort his team showed despite the Bucks' great 3-point shooting. Atkinson added that the defensive process was better than their loss vs. Mavericks.

Atkinson stated that the Bucks' 3-point shot quality wasn't great and that they just hit some unlikely shots, including two step-back threes from Ousmane Dieng. "Overall, I thought their shot quality wasn't great on threes," Atkinson concluded. He added that in the NBA, players and teams just make unlikely shots. The Bucks' shooting wasn't enough, losing 116-123 vs. Cavs.
