Ex-Raiders WR Henry Ruggs Denied Parole in Fatal DUI Case

Former Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III has been denied parole nearly five years after a fatal 2021 DUI crash that killed 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog. Ruggs, who pleaded guilty in 2023 to felony DUI causing death and misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, is serving a three- to 10-year prison sentence. He will be eligible to appear before the parole board again ahead of his August 2027 release date.
