Ex-Running Back Warrick Dunn Has Helped More Than 250 Families Become Homeowners
Inspired by his late mother, Dunn has helped more than 250 single-parent families achieve homeownership through his Homes for the Holidays program since 1997. The former Atlanta Falcon provides down payment assistance and fully furnished homes. Dunn’s mother, a Baton Rouge police officer and single mother of six, was killed in 1993 while working security to save for her first home.
