Expert Urges Browns to Appoint Todd Monken and Jim Schwartz as Co-Head Coaches

“One league source just told me, in his opinion, the Browns should do something different: make Todd Monken & Jim Schwartz co-head coaches, to assuage this conundrum,” Josina Anderson tweeted. The plan would have Monken as co-head coach of offense and Schwartz as co-head of defense. Notably, Monken has never held a head coaching role in his 37 years in the NFL and CFB.
