Guardiola said referee Farai Hallam “made his [Premier League] debut, now everybody will know him,” after a handball call went against City during their 2-0 win against Wolves. “Explain why it’s not a penalty,” he urged Webb. “Come tomorrow… don’t wait until Wednesday, we have UCL.” Guardiola added Hallam “disallow[ed] for a normal position of the arm.”
