Falcons DE James Pearce Jr. Arrested on Aggravated Battery, Stalking Charges

James Pearce Jr. was arrested Saturday in Florida on charges including two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated stalking, and fleeing/eluding police. He was taken into custody after crashing his vehicle following a police chase. James Pearce was in San Francisco on Thursday night for NFL Honors as a finalist for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
