Former Bears cornerback Charles Tillman said he retired from the FBI after refusing to participate in an ICE operation he felt was politically driven. “It wasn’t just about violent individuals,” Tillman said. “It felt like a quota system.” Instead of joining the raid, Tillman attended his daughter’s basketball game and later resigned, saying integrity mattered most.
