Former Cowboys Fullback Scott Laidlaw, Super Bowl Champion, Dies at 72

Former Cowboys fullback Scott Laidlaw has died at age 72, per WFAA. A 14th-round pick in 1975 out of Stanford, Laidlaw was part of Dallas’ famed “Dirty Dozen” rookie class. He won a Super Bowl XII title with the Cowboys and finished his six-year NFL career with 1,007 rushing yards, nine touchdowns, and a championship ring.
