Prosecutors Argue Terrion Arnold 'Took the Law Into His Own Hands'
Arnold, facing felony charges of armed robbery and kidnapping, was ordered held without bail until a pretrial detention hearing scheduled for Monday morning. "No one has the right to take the law into their own hands. A dispute over missing property does not justify kidnapping, violence, or retaliation," State Attorney Suzy Lopez said.
