Former Hawks Executive Accused of Stealing $3.8 Million From Team

Lester Jones, aged 46, was in charge of the Hawks' American Express card and used it for trips to the Bahamas, Hawaii, Thailand, Switzerland, amongst other countries. He also bought a Porsche and concert tickets as well. The embezzlement came to light when he sent the Hawks a bill worth $229,968.76 for their stay at the Wynn in Las Vegas.
