Former Hornets Player Amari Bailey Attempts to Return to College Basketball
Dan Murphy reported that Bailey, who played 10 games with the Hornets in 2023-24, is the first player who's played NBA basketball to seek college eligibility. Bailey left UCLA with "a lot to prove left on the table," and believes he deserves another chance. Murphy said Bailey has hired an agent and a lawyer to fight for NCAA eligibility.

"I was so emotionally empty after the games and then I decided like last 2 games I'm just gonna try to chill," Jokic said. When asked if he feared an ACL tear after injuring his knee, Jokic was unsure, "I didn't know what to expect." However, he was proud of the preparation he'd done during the summer in getting his body ready. Jokic believes the one above is protecting him and said "He knows that I did everything how it's supposed to be."

Nikola Jokic Praises Jamal Murray for Giving the Nuggets “Stability” During His Injury
Jokic stated that Murray has been playing at a high level this entire season, but really gave the Nuggets calmness during the Joker's injury absence. "He showed that he can play with everybody and he can dominate the floor," Jokic said. He praised Murray for filling any role the Nuggets needed on a given night, whether by scoring or playmaking.
