Former Cleveland guard West, who has spent recent years cycling through rehab and multiple arrests, is now 100 days sober per a video posted by Ted Shelly that showed him celebrating the milestone in Florida and showing his bling. Delonte celebrated 30 days sober back in January and has bravely managed to continue his streak.
