Former NFL Coach Dave McGinnis Passes Away After Long Coaching Career
Dave McGinnis passed away on April 13, 2026, at age 74 in Nashville following declining health. He coached the Arizona Cardinals from 2000–2003 and had a long career as an assistant and analyst. The Tennessee Titans, with whom he spent 7 years as LB coach, said, “We extend our deepest condolences, with family at his side,” honoring his legacy.
