Former NFL Safety Tyrann Mathieu Tried Mixing Bleach with Coca-Cola to Pass a Drug Test

During a podcast appearance, Mathieu admitted he once drank bleach mixed with soda after finding online advice claiming it could help him pass a drug test. Facing dismissal from LSU Tigers football, the attempt severely backfired. Mathieu later failed additional tests, was dismissed from LSU in 2012, and eventually rebuilt his career, becoming an NFL All-Pro and Super Bowl champion.
