Former NFLPA Lawyer Heather McPhee Settles Lawsuit Against Union
Former NFLPA attorney Heather McPhee has settled her lawsuit against the union and general counsel Tom DePaso. However, her claims against former executive director Lloyd Howell and Players Inc. president Matt Curtin remain active. McPhee's lawsuit alleged discrimination, obstruction, emotional distress and retaliation stemming from internal NFLPA disputes, including concerns over executive compensation and the handling of the collusion grievance involving guaranteed contracts.

Prosecutors Argue Terrion Arnold 'Took the Law Into His Own Hands'
Arnold, facing felony charges of armed robbery and kidnapping, was ordered held without bail until a pretrial detention hearing scheduled for Monday morning. "No one has the right to take the law into their own hands. A dispute over missing property does not justify kidnapping, violence, or retaliation," State Attorney Suzy Lopez said. The Lions, in a statement, said they were aware of the situation.
