Former Penn State WR Julian Fleming Charged in Fatal ATV Crash

Fleming faces DUI and aggravated assault charges in a fatal May ATV crash. He’s slated to appear before a judge on Wednesday. Fleming struck a deer on a rural road, which sent him and his girlfriend Alyssa Boyd flying. Alyssa died at the scene. Neither wore safety gear.
