Two-Time All-Star Garrett Crochet Diagnosed With Low-Grade Lat Strain

Crochet has been out of action since April 26 due to shoulder inflammation. Boston pulled him off his throwing program after he reported tightness in his lat; MRI results confirmed a minor strain. Chad Tracy said he will be cleared to resume his throwing program once he's asymptomatic. Crochet has a 6.30 ERA in six starts this season.
