With Giannis on the way out of Milwaukee, Payton thinks he needs a firm head coach to lead him and believes Erik Spoelstra is a great fit. "With my guy Spoelstra down there, I think Spo is going to be one of them," Payton said, believing Spoelstra can bring the best out of Giannis, especially with Miami Heat culture.
