Gigi Dolan Talks About the Reality of Low WWE NXT Salaries

“Fans think if you work in WWE, you’re a millionaire… that’s not the case,” Priscilla Kelly aka Dolan said, noting NXT deals can be as low as $30,000 a year. Her comments follow Jazmyn Nyx’s exit over pay concerns and Ridge Holland’s drop to “NXT money” in 2023. Kelly, a two-time NXT Women’s Tag Champion, spent four years with the brand before her 2025 release.
