Cosell said on Ross Tucker Podcast that Manning’s résumé “does not make him a hall of fame quarterback,” calling him “a .500 quarterback” with a TD-INT ratio “very poor” by elite standards. “Does [The Super Bowl] automatically make a guy a hall of famer?” Cosell said. “I’m very mixed,” he said while reflecting on Eli's overall career.
