Griffin Jax Leaves Game After Taking a 107.2 MPH Comebacker To Back
Jax crumpled to the grass after a 107.2 mph comebacker drilled him in the back during Tuesday's game. The Rays starter lay on the field as trainers tended to him while he gasped for air. He eventually rose with assistance but exited the contest. Tampa Bay had shifted Jax into their rotation where he posted a 1.93 ERA recently.
